1. Alcotex

Alcotex® is extremely durable and lightweight compared with other materials such as aluminium sheet, stainless sheet, acrylic sheet, enamel etc.. Our panel has an overall thickness of 4mm and manufactured with a low density polyethylene core sandwich between 0.5mm aluminium with a PVDF coating.

Alcotex® is supremely flat, offering crisp lines, bold curves and custom colours.

2. Alsynite Ultra

ALSYNITE ULTRA is a premium quality Fibre Reinforced Polyester (FRP) sheet with excellent long term weathering properties. The exposed surface features a new improved ultra violet surface protection film. Together with a unique polyester resin formulation, our advanced system is proudly backed by a 25 years performance warranty. Available in a wide range of profiles, weights and colours, ALSYNITE ULTRA is the premium choice for roofing and wall cladding applications.

3. Alsynite Ultra-Cool
ALSYNITE ULTRA-COOL is a premium quality Fibre Reinforced Polyester (FRP) sheet with all the qualities of ALSYNITE ULTRA but with the added advantages of controlled solar heat transmission. It is identified by its ultra white finish.
 ALSYNITE ULTRA-COOL provides an economical means of transmitting diffused natural light to the building interior, whilst at the same time reflecting unnecessary solar heat, resulting in substantial cost savings in lighting and cooling expenses.

4. Aristech Acrylic Spa Bath Sheet

It's durable…beautiful…and easy to clean

Aristech Acrylics LLC produces a full line of continuous cast acrylic for hot tub surfaces including Marbles, Pearlescents, Opalescents, Quarite and the Mineral Series. Continuous cast acrylic has served as the premier surface for millions of hot tubs and baths for over the past 20 years. Acrylics have a proven track record of retaining its beauty and high-gloss shine through years of everyday use. Acrylic is extremely hard and non-porous by nature. So, dirt, soapy film, and germs can't penetrate. To clean acrylic bath and hot tub surfaces, use a mild bathroom cleaner and wipe with a damp sponge/cloth.

5. Cell Cast Acrylic

Cell cast acrylic is one of the most widely used grades of acrylic sheet in today’s market. Acrylic is available in transparent, translucent, colours and matt finish in a number of thickness and sheet sizes. It can be cut, drilled, glued, thermoformed, bent, machined, polished and engraved. It is lighter yet stronger than glass and has superb clarity, rigidity and surface hardness making it extremely versatile.

 

Acrylic sheeting is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and has excellent weatherability and is resistant to most common chemicals including acids, alkalis, oils and greases; it is a suitable choice for numerous signage and POS display applications.

6. Duraplex Imact Modified Acrylic

Duraplex® is a continuously processed impact modified acrylic sheet that offers an excellent balance between rigidity, impact resistance, processing advantages and cost effectiveness.  Mulford Plastics carries 2 grades of Duraplex impact modified acrylic thus providing you with the most superior impact of all acrylic’s.

 

SG05 our 50% impact modified acrylic is

* 5 to 6 times stronger then general purpose acrylic

* 10 to 15 times stronger then double strength window glass

* 20 to 30 times stronger then polished wire glass or other glass

 

SG10 our 100% impact modified acrylic is

• 10 times stronger then general purpose acrylic
• Approximately 20 to 30 times stronger then double strength window glass
• Approximately 40 to 50 times stronger than polished wire glass or other glasses.

7. EverliteR74

ALSYNITE EVERLITE R74 is a high quality general purpose FRP that has been the cornerstone of the Alsynite fibreglass business for many years. Both the exposed and the underside surfaces are protected by a surface coating films produced by world renowned film makers.

 

This proven system is backed by a 10 years performance warranty. Available is a wide range of profiles, ALSYNITE EVERLITE R74 is the sensible choice for cost effective skylight and wall applications.

8. Lexan and Makrolon Coated Polycarbonates
Coated Polycarbonate sheets have unique, hard surface coating which provides a high level of protection against abrasion, so it’s an excellent candidate for use in applications where frequent contact is likely.  At Mulford we can offer both Lexan and Makrolon grades depending on your region.

In addition to the inherent characteristics of a polycarbonate material, Lexan Margard and MAKROLON® AR sheet has a proprietary hard surface coating, on one or two sides, which provides a high level of resistance to abrasion, chemical resistance and weathering. Depending on the product they are backed by a 5 to 10 year limited warranty against loss of light transmission and coating failure and breakage.  Lexan is has a very diverse range of Margard products depending on your application we can add features such as Antifog; for different processing methods we can offer grades for flat or formability and finally offer flame retardant grades

9. Lexan and Makrolon Laminated Polycarbonates
Increasing terrorism, violent crime, and readily available weapons have created a demand for higher performing glazing materials.
With the unique multilayer system construction of polycarbonate or polycarbonate/acrylic sheets Lexan® Lexgard and Makrolon® Hygard are used for glazing systems in retail, financial institutions, government buildings and correction facilities and are designed to meet different levels of ballistic and blast protection.

Lexan® Laminates and Makrolon® Hygard is protected on the surface by Lexan® Margard or Makrolon® AR hard-coat technology, assuring long-lasting surface clarity, resistance to chemical attack, abrasion resistance, and yellowing.

10. Lexan and Makrolon UV Resistant
Lexan® and Makrolon® UV materials are co-extruded polycarbonate sheet, offering exceptional weatherability and impact strength, making it the ideal choice for flat or moulded applications where extended service life and resistance to colour shift is required.

Mulford Plastics portfolio of options is quite extensive with some of toughest and versatile materials in a rainbow of colours and textures to meet your application wether it be glazing, industrial needs or signage.  

Our Polycarbonate UV grades being Lexan® XL10 or Excell D Polycarbonate in or Makrolon® UV and SL Polycarbonate are the ultimate high strength glazing and industrial materials with the Lexan® SG portfolio and  Makrolon® SL product is specifically for signage, this sheet is an enhanced UV-resistant sheet with exceptional weatherability and superior impact strength it is the perfect choice for extended service life and resistance to colour shift

11. Packcor™

A general purpose fluted substrate, designed for the industrial, packaging and building markets.
Despite its outstanding strength and rigidity Pakcor™ can easily be converted to any shape you want.

 

Pakcor™ is resistant to most chemicals, allowing it to address industries that require such specification.  Furthermore, it is light and strong and along with its unmatched durability and re-useability makes it ideal solution for the cost conscious user.

12. Prismatic Sheeting

With great light transmission plus UV resistance, our acrylic lighting panels are the industry touchstone for fluorescent light diffusion. Virtually unbreakable yet easy to cut-to-size, our panels reduce glare, provide pinpoint brightness and enhance visual comfort. 

Our product range consists of K12 that eliminates glare and obscures fluorescent and HID lamps. The K12 features 4.75mm square base female conical prism placed on a 45° axis, resulting in a high level of visual comfort. K15 prismatic lighting panel with a bold, 9.52mm square base, female conical prism provides excellent efficiency and direct glare control, while maintaining a high level of visual comfort and excellent in large areas. Finally the industry standard for controlling high-angle brightness, the K19 is an acrylic prismatic lighting panel with a 4.75 square base male conical prism is designed to control and direct fluorescent and HID lighting.

13. Shinkolite Continuous Cast Acrylic

Shinkolite® Acrylic is a continuous cast acrylic and has many of the excellent properties of cell cast acrylic.  Continuous cast does however displays advantages over cell cast acrylic with closer thickness tolerances, longer lengths sheets, easier formability and superior optical quality

14. SolarTuff Polycarbonate
SolarTuff® is a corrugated polycarbonate sheet that offers all the standard properties you expect from polycarbonate including impact strength, high light transmission and wide service temperature range.  SolarTuff® is manufactured using the latest co-extrusion UV resistant technology which absorbs 100% of sunlight UV radiation and backed by a 10 year warranty. SolarTuff® is available in two profiles Roma and Greca and available in a range of colours. SolarTuff® is perfect choice for commercial and DYI projects.

15. TWINLITE Polycarbonate
TWINLITE® polycarbonate is a standard multiwall sheet extruded with the latest co-extruded technology.  TWINLITE® sheet has the best combination of mechanical properties for light transmission, impact strength, thermal insulation and lightweight.
It offers superior clarity, durability, unmatched design flexibility and structural integrity that surpass other glazing material. TWINLITE® double/triple walls feature makes it an excellent thermal insulation that will help save your air conditioning costs

16. Vispec™ Acrylic Capped ABS

Vispec™ Acrylic Capped ABS is highly specified thermoplastic sheet to meet the needs of the transport, construction and industrial markets.

Formulated from quality polymers, our ViSpec™ sheet offers outstanding qualities such as gloss, impact resistance and scratch resistance, with various grades offering optional features like weather resistance, sanitary or fire retardant characteristics.

 

ViSpec materials are easily processed, and are available in an unmatched range of textures and surface effects. These materials are engineered to deliver top quality results.

 

Vispec™ San 6710 is the ultimate acrylic capped ABS for bathroom applications by means of excellent scratch resistance and good impact performance with its surface aspect designed specifically for the sanitary market.

Vispec™ Sun 6700 has excellent UV resistance along with being a highly heat sable product and glossy solution for metal/FRP replacement.
